Once again the Paddock Wood Masonic Hall is opening the doors on Saturday 9th September 2023. It is a part of the local area's Heritage Day event.

The theme this year, among others, will be The Masonic Bikers Association who will be bringing along several 'beasts', from both the Western and Eastern side of the county of Kent.

- There is to be a display of Hop-industrial memorabilia.

- The Order of Women Freemasonry will be present, talking about their Masonic Order.

- There will be guided tours of the Masonic Temple, with question and answer sessions.

- Also short (5 minute) P.C-based talks about Freemasonry continually running on a T.V. screen

Much more . . . but up-to-date information and photographs, Posters etc, may be found on the Masonic Hall website which may be found here:- (www.paddockwoodmasonichall.org/heritage)

We have received this letter which may interest you

"All of the volunteers and staff at the Paddock Wood Community Advice Centre are delighted to be recognised by the Paddock Wood Freemasons and thank them for their enormous generosity at a time when our clients are experiencing particular difficulty. We have recently increased our capacity by recruiting an expert in domestic violence, welfare benefits and housing as our Advice Session Supervisor and we aim to start the New Year by reaching out to the local community to ensure that both the public and local professionals are aware of the full scope of our services. In the past year we have had 6,217 client contacts and our volunteers gave 5,196 hours of their time in supporting the work of PWCAC and helping clients and we have ambition to increase this in 2023. If you would like to find out more about volunteering with us, please email info@pwadvice.org, we’d be pleased to hear from you."
